Principal: Dipl. Kfm. Gisela K. Klose, EA, ATA

1961 - 1964 Attended the International Economic School of Begemann in London, Geneva and Frankfurt/Main. March 1964 she graduated with honors.

1964 - 1969 Studied at the University of Frankfurt/Main, Germany, majoring in trade and banking.

1969 Graduated from the University of Frankfurt, Germany, receiving the academic title of "Diplom Kaufmann".

1970 Appointed by the Finance Minister, Hessen, Germany as Steuerberater.

1970 - 1979 Partner in an Accounting and Tax Consulting Firm in Germany.

1979 Opened the Tax and Business Consulting firm of 'Klose & Klose Chartered Accountants' in Los Angeles.

1990 Enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and other State and/or Federal Tax authorities.

1991 Received Accreditation as "Accredited Tax Advisor".

1995 - 1996 Attended courses specializing in tax representation at the University of San Diego sponsored by the National Tax Practice Institute.

1997 Graduated from the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) and received the title of "Fellow".
